3. Do We Share Your Data?

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We use Paystack for payments, which requires access to your email addresses for payment transactions and bank account details for verification and payout transactions.
• No other third-party tools (like Google Analytics) are currently integrated.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS).
• All data in transit is encrypted via SSL (HTTPS).
• Passwords are hashed using a secure algorithm before storage.
• Bank account data and other personal info are stored securely but not encrypted at rest at this time.
• No cookies or tracking scripts are used.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

• This is not supported at the moment, you can send us an email at support@vieoff.com to deactivate your account and we can delete it once we start supporting account deletion.
• Database backups are retained for continuity and disaster recovery purposes.
• We do not log or track your actions beyond what’s needed to operate the app.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• We use access tokens for user authentication.
• We do not use browser cookies or external tracking scripts.

VieOff is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
